Alongside our in-house team, we collaborate with an established network of specialists who support us with expertise in everything from law to ecology.
Managing Director
As a seasoned strategic and operational leader, Guy has a reputation as a progressive voice for the environment at the highest levels of government and business. He has extensive experience in environmental policy and regulation, having worked to accelerate action on nature and climate recovery in senior executive roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Before taking the helm at EnTrade, Guy was Chief Operating Officer and a founding Executive Director of Natural England, the government’s expert adviser on the natural environment. He is also a former Director of Green Alliance, a leading environmental think tank.
Guy is passionate about using business innovation and market-led solutions to deliver better environmental outcomes and to shape the future of environmental recovery.
Market Development Director
Amy is a creative collaborator, driven to deliver innovative solutions that balance the needs of nature and people. Increasing the scale and impact of EnTrade’s Environmental Markets and meeting revenue targets is her key challenge. Amy works closely with senior colleagues on strategy and leadership and has significant contact with stakeholders at a local and national level, particularly with buyers, suppliers, regulators, and local planning authorities.
With more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the environmental sector and with Defra, Natural England and the Wildlife Trusts, Amy has successfully navigated complex politics and managed relationships with government, businesses, and the community, delivering meaningful nature recovery on the ground.
Technical Manager - Accreditation
Jez is responsible for providing assurance that the nature-based projects being contracted by EnTrade deliver real environmental outcomes, while providing a trusted currency for trade in environmental services.
As an accomplished environmental scientist, with 15 years of experience in the industry, his expertise has been in developing catchment management schemes and positioning them as the new normal. Jez is also a qualified farm adviser with applied expertise in mitigation optimisation, monitoring, and modelling. With his passion for innovation and technology, Jez advocates for the role of managed landscapes in delivering robust, equitable and far-reaching outcomes for people and the environment.
Environmental Markets Coordinator
Kevin manages and contracts farmers and landholders for the establishment and maintenance of their nature-based projects. He also works closely with environmental credit buyers and investors for the supply and redemption of environmental credits these nature-based projects generate. With responsibility for ensuring timely payments and compliance with market and procurement rules, Kevin is pivotal to the EnTrade team.
New to the environmental sector, Kevin undertook a Masters in Water and Environmental Management at the University of Bristol, with his dissertation focused on nature-based solutions, in particular woodland, for nutrient mitigation and the factors that influence the effectiveness of mitigation.
Interim Chief Information Officer
Vikki is spearheading EnTrade’s digital strategy and infrastructure to drive innovation and scalability. On secondment from Arup, Vikki has over 25 years of experience in water and regulatory environments and digital leadership, excelling in building high-performing teams, optimising processes and aligning technology with business goals.
Vikki is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies and plays a critical role in ensuring seamless market operations, data security and a customer-centric digital experience. Vikki’s expertise spans cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Being an accredited Agile Practitioner, Vikki thrives on empowering start-ups to achieve their next level of success.
Interim Operations Manager
On secondment from Arup is our Interim Operations Manager, Dan Tram, an invaluable resource for the EnTrade team.As a Chartered Civil Engineer, member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and Trustee at Cynnal Cymru – Sustain Wales, Dan advocates for and delivers nature-based solutions in towns, cities and across catchments. Having designed several award-winning environmental projects across the UK, Dan continues to lead effective teams for end-to-end consulting services including advisory, policy, and governance.
In 2019, Dan was selected for the first Future Generations Leadership Academy an initiative of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales and was subsequently listed as a Future 100 Changemaker in 2022.
